AIM has launched a series of factsheets on health promotion and disease prevention related issues. Not only do the documents contain facts and figures on the different themes but also a series of recommendations for decision-makers as well as a list of best practices implemented by AIM members to tackle diverse challenges.

FACTSHEET 11 – MEDICATION USE

Mismanaged polypharmacy and misuse of medication are a burden both in terms of public health and healthcare costs. AIM has gathered in the documents below a list of available facts and figures on the issue. It also puts forward recommendations to tackle the issue.

Amid European turmoil around the safety of AstraZeneca Vaccine, AIM publishes its factsheet on COVID-19 vaccination, which contains a list of recommendations to decision-makers.
