Towards a Childhood free from unhealthy Marketing
Unhealthy food marketing has a clear impact on children’s behaviour and ultimately on their present and future health.
The event will show how the low-ambition action taken so far at EU level to protect children from the marketing of unhealthy foods and drinks has failed to deliver. It will also allow the presentation and discussion of a blueprint Directive to comprehensively tackle young people’s exposure to health-harmful food marketing.
