On 9 February, AIM organised the first Expert Talk of its series on the “provision of highquality, sustainable and accessible non-residential LTC”. The meeting gathered distinguished speakers to discuss the issue of access: Dr Stefania Ilinca, Technical Advisor on long-term
care at WHO Europe; Susanna Ulinski, Policy Officer, Unit D.2 Social Protection, Directorate- General of Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, European Commission; Professor Jozef Pacolet, Emeritus Professor with formal duties in the ‘Social and economic policy & social inclusion’ unit of HIVA and member of the High Level Group on the Future of Social Protection of the European Commission; and José Carlos Ortega Regalado, Health Policy Modeller, Health Division, Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
